Here my combination formula: - Wings 2 +9 op 4 - Bundle soul - 1 Chaos + 1 Cre - 1 higher stone + 30 lesser stone ( this one works in the same way with Wing 2 combination ) - 1 talisman of Luck => Total rate is 70% and i failed 6 times ??? Same here. My last 5 condor/garuda feather creation failed at 70% success rate. Just thought that I'd bring this up since a couple of people on x500, as well as other servers have gotten this result as well.
